Find calm beneath the pressure

Create a life that feels steady, meaningful and your own

Meet Lillian

I support adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, self-criticism, and major life transitions. I have a special interest in working with women through the transition into motherhood, including fertility journeys, pregnancy, postpartum, and the evolving identity that comes with this new chapter of life. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, I help clients develop meaningful tools, gain clarity, and move through change with greater steadiness and self-compassion.

You might be here if...

  • Your mind feels like it never slows down, and you’re constantly overthinking or second-guessing yourself

  • You hold yourself to high standards but often feel like it’s still not enough

  • You appear to have everything together on the outside, but feel overwhelmed or stuck internally

  • You’re going through a life transition and feel uncertain, lost, or disconnected from yourself

  • You’re adjusting to pregnancy, postpartum, or motherhood and wondering why it feels harder than expected

  • You feel burned out, stretched thin, or like you’re constantly running on empty

  • You’ve lost a sense of motivation, direction, or connection to what matters to you

You don't have to navigate this alone.
