Hi, I'm Lillian

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Chicago supporting adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, and the many pressures that come with trying to do it all. I have a special focus on supporting women through major life changes, including trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the transition into motherhood.

Many of my clients are thoughtful, driven, and capable people who appear to have everything together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or disconnected from themselves internally. Therapy offers a space to slow down, better understand yourself, and develop tools to navigate life with greater clarity, confidence, and balance.

Background & Experience

I’m originally from Mexico City, where I began my clinical work providing therapy and supporting individuals through a range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. With over 8 years of experience in the mental health field, my work has deepened my understanding of how culture, relationships, identity, and life circumstances shape our emotional wellbeing.

As a bilingual therapist, I value creating a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported within the full context of your experience. My background continues to inform my compassionate and culturally responsive approach to therapy today.
